When We Are Outraged about an Injustice or a Behaviour

This exercise may be undertaken by two people, one represents you, and you represent the one that angers you. It may also be carried out with objects that represent the two of you, or as a visualisation.

Take a long and deep exhalation, and keep breathing as though your lungs were in your stomach.

Both people are in front of each other.

The person that represents you looks beyond the other, at the distance, for a long time. Then she says: “Yes, I agree to everything.”

Now the person that represents you looks at the other one and says “in you I find myself.” And then she says “I wish you the best.”
