When We Are Outraged about an Injustice or a Behaviour

This exercise may be undertaken by two people, you will represent yourself, and the other person will represent the one that angers you. It may also be carried out as a visualisation.

Take a long and deep exhalation, and keep breathing as though your lungs were in your stomach.

Both of you are in front of each other.

You look beyond the other person, at the distance, for a long time. Then you say: “Yes, I agree to everything.”

 Then, you look at the other person and you say to her “in you I find myself.” And then you say “I wish you the best.”
