What is Essential
Our wishes or expectations usually prevent us from following the movement of the spirit that wants to guide us toward what is essential for our life.
In groups of 3 people.
The person represents “what is essential for her life”, someone represents her, and a third person represents that person’s “expectations”.
And we let the constellation unfold in silence.
What we reject grows in us and around us.
In little groups of 2 people.
The person represents “what she rejects”, without knowing what it is. The other member of the group represents the first person.
And we let the constellation unfold in silence.
Deep down, I want what I fear, and therefore, I attract it.
In little groups of 2 people.
The person represents “what she fears”, without knowing what it is. The other member of the group represents the first person.
And we let the constellation unfold in silence.
Integrating Masculine and Feminine
We reach our maximum strength in life when we integrate and join together our masculine part and our feminine part within ourselves.
In groups of 3 people.
The person represents herself, one of the other two represents the person’s masculine part and the one remaining represents the person’s feminine part.
And we let the constellation unfold in silence.
In groups of 2 people.
The person represents an ancestor whom she is replacing unaware of it. The second person represents the first one.
And we let the constellation unfold in silence.
