1. In front of whatever life represents for you, state:  “I open myself to myself.”

Experience the power of this phrase, repeating it as needed, allowing time between each repetition.

2. Now express the following statements, with strength, love, slowly -consecutive dots will express a silent pause:

“I am…” -say your name, followed by your father´s surname, then your mother´s maiden surname*.

“son/daughter of…” -say your father´s name and surname- “and” -say your mother´s name and surname.

Example: “I am María Escribano del Moral, daughter of Enrique Manuel Escribano Gonzalez and María Isabel del Moral Mateos“.

Repeat until you feel at the top of yourself.

3. Use this sequence whenever you need strength, clarity, or autonomy.

If you don´t know your biological parents´names, you may say the following:

“I am John…” with your surnames,

“son of my biological father and my adoptive father,

and of my biological mother and my adoptive mother” -saying the surnames you do know.
