Healing a Disproportionate Emotional Reaction
This exercise is presented here for one person, so that everyone can do it whenever they need to.
Represent your disproportionate reaction, and say to yourself “I open up to the movement of the spirit.” Let yourself be moved without knowing why, feel how your emotional reaction moves and where it looks at.
There is a person wherever she is looking at. If it looks at several places, she is indicating different people.
Now, put yourself in the person to which your reaction is looking at. Wait, as though in a constellation, and feel how she moves and where does she look.
And another person will probably emerge. And you put yourself in this person too.
At the end, represent your reaction again, and experience all its movements until you feel it is over, without forcing anything, without thinking anything specific has to be done, without saying anything.
